Evergreen Auto Solutions is proud to announce that we've begun converting traditional NiMh (non-Prime, non PHEV) Toyota and Lexus Hybrids with brand new NexCell Lithium cells! These are brand new LiFePO4 cells with internal balancing technology, more than doubling the battery pack output from the standard 100amp peak output, to 260amp peak output resulting in an immediate acceleration performance gain! Beyond the output increase, the new lithium cells are HALF the weight of the stock battery, at roughly 40 lbs. With more than double the capacity of the stock battery, the new LiFePO4 cells maintain optimal voltage longer resulting in increased fuel economy as you stay in EV mode for a longer duration while driving!
The new LiFePO4 modules occupy the space of two traditional NiMh prismatic modules, matching 1 for 1 the way the Battery Smart Unit observes voltage, temperature, and current, without any major modifications needed.
